WHAT IS ON THE LAUNCH IT! PROGRAM AGENDA?

BUSINESS PLANS, SUPPLIERS & SETUP GUIDES

T1K1 Co guides participants through the steps to setting up a business, developing an outline of business operations and identifying key suppliers, networks and/or stakeholders to engage with immediately.
This will set the framework for how each participant moves forward in the program. For instance; Retail based or online sales will differ in operational requirements to that of a service driven business. Participants will learn these differences and move forward confidently with a clear and concise guidance and coaching.

SHIPPING, EXPENDITURE & RECORD KEEPING

We guide participants through the finer points of shipping requirements, cost and price comparison and implementation as well as keeping records of sales, expenditure and stock.
We keep this very simple to eliminate confusion, giving participants the information and guidance and allowing them to choose the platforms that they use to ensure smooth transactions and end to end service.

REGISTER BUSINESS, ABN & APPLY FOR LICENSING

We will take participants though the digital and physcial requirements of obtaining an ABN and completing business registrations & licensing (where needed)
To register a business we will need some information from participants. 100 points of ID will be required upon enrolment.

CUSTOMER BASE & NETWORK BUILDING

Sounds simple enough, however, this is an ongoing task that will be continuing long after participants are operating independently. We give participants the guidance on creating and management of customers and networks.
We train participants how to not only find customers, but explore various ways to market their businesses and create brand awareness. We touch on leveraging their social, community and family circles as well as finding and strategic partnerships with associate companies.

OBTAIN DOMAINS, HOSTING & SOCIAL URLS

We assist in obtaining/securing digital properties including domain names and social media URL's inline with registered business names. This might vary slightly dependent on chosen business names.
We show participants how to choose the social media platforms they would like to use, ensuring they are aware of the many attributes and detractors of each. We will assist to register .com and .com.au website addresses and show participants how to link these all together to interact between website and social media.

EIGHTH WEEK SEND OFF

By this last week of the program, participants should be generating leads, undertaking quotes, getting their very first orders or undertaking their first projects. This is where we review, refine and leave participants to pursue their dreams.
We develop a comprehensive review of participants progress within the program, targets that they have set and achieved as well as those that they need to work on in the coming weeks. We provide an outline plan/guide for participants to refer to over the first 6 months to ensure they are on track with their new businesses.

WEBSITE BUILD, ONLINE STORE & SOCIAL MEDIA

This is where we guide participants through the jungle of online platform construction. We provide a crash course in harnessing AI to create content and build their website and social media pages
As a part of this, online media will need to be created such as logos, banner imagery and use of stock images. Websites and Social media require ongoing maintenance and interaction which will be discussed throughout this session and administrative tasks for future interactions will be planned.

6 MONTH REVIEW

We love to see where participants end up! We contact each participant 6 Months after completion of the program to review their business progress, goals & achievements and look at any teething issues or difficulties they may be facing
Upon review, we may recommend follow up programs (currently in development) that will assist in curbing any downfalls in the business. We look at customer growth, online interaction as well as financial stability to determine whether the business will be sustainable & successful.
